Homemade Yeast Free Pizza Crust

Making Supper can sometimes be a challenge on school nights. What to make? Pizza is always a favorite here with the little one but finding a quick simple recipe is sometimes difficult.

This homemade yeast-free pizza crust doesn’t take long to make and is a great Supper to turn to when rushed. Plus the kids will love it!

What you will need:
• 2 1/2 cups of flour
• 2 3/4 tsp. baking powder
• 1 tsp. salt
• 1 tbsp. oil
• 1 to 1-1/4 cups of water (More if needed)
• Spices: Garlic Powder, Parsley Flakes, Onion Powder, Pepper, Oregano. (To your choosing)

What you’ll need to do:
Pre-heat oven to 400°F. Mix dry ingredients well. Add oil and water. Mix well. Roll dough into a 12″ round pizza pan. This dough is very easy to work with so there’s no need to worry. You can even stuff the crust it’s that easy to work with!

Once shaped in the pan, poke holes with a fork. Be sure to butter the outer crust so it won’t burn. Cover with pizza sauce, your favorite toppings and cheese. Place in pre-heated oven and bake at 400°F for 30-35 minutes or until desired crispiness.
