Do your kids like to help out in the kitchen? Nowadays, learning to cook “real” food is essential to living a healthy lifestyle and Kidstir can help get kids involved with meal prep.
Kidstir was created by a team of Moms who wanted to encourage kids to eat healthier and make healthier food choices by being involved in the kitchen as well as in the shopping process.
We really love the way that the ladies at Kidstir put together a part of their about section so we had to quote it! We hope you’ll love the way it makes you feel and hope it inspires you to grab your kids and run to the kitchen to create & learn as a family as much as it makes us.
“We are moms who want to raise children who have a healthy and happy connection to food. We believe good food can be fun for kids—from shopping at the farmer’s market for ripe raspberries to cooking up a batch of homemade granola bars together in the kitchen. By educating and empowering our kids about food, we can prepare them to make smart, healthy choices, no matter what comes their way!”

This monthly subscription box http://kidstir.com/product-category/store/ is a great way to have kids make foods that are healthy. Our little guy loved learning about vegetable bags and how vegetables last longer when they aren’t enclosed in a plastic bag. He also enjoyed making his own animal cookies with the cookie cutters and recipe included in the box sent to us.
