Herbamare Bouillon Cube Marinade and Dry Rub Recipe

We love spare ribs but they’re normally covered in BBQ sauce. This time around we decided to try something different! First we marinated the ribs with Herbamare Bouillon Cubes from A.Vogel for roughly an hour. Then we made a dry rub using Herbamare Bouillon Cubes and other spices. These were very tasty for something that was a bit out of the ordinary from what we’re used to.

Marinade Ingredients:

6-8 Herbamare Bouillon Cubes

1/4 cup water

Mix the bouillon cubes and the water. Heat in the microwave for 1.5 minutes to help everything dissolve in the water. Pour over ribs and let marinate. Occasionally baste the meat so that it’s evenly spiced. The longer it sits the tastier and more tender your meat will be.

Dry Rub Ingredients:

1/4 tsp. garlic powder

1/4 tsp. ground black pepper

1/4 tsp. lemon pepper

1 Herbamare Bouillon Cube

Mix Spices well. Coat the ribs, front and back. Top with celery leaves for added flavor. Bake at 325° for about an hour. The longer that you cook them the tougher they will be.
