Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe With Herbamare Low Sodium Bouillon Cubes

This was rather a quick and easy soup due to the fact that we kind of cheated and used frozen bagged soup veggies from the store but it was still good nonetheless.

 

 

Ingredients:

8 Cups of Water

1 pkg. Herbamare Bouillon Cubes (8)

1 Baby Sweet Red Pepper (chopped)

2 Green Onion Stalks

1 Cup Cubed Chicken (Cooked)

1/2 Cup Fresh or Frozen Corn

1 Bag of Soup Mix (vegetables) found in the freezer section.

1/4 Cup Of Instant Rice.

Dash of Pepper and Garlic Powder.

 

Chicken Vegetable Soup Recipe With Herbamare Low Sodium Bouillon Cubes

Directions:

Combine the bouillon cubes and the water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to a simmer. Add all other ingredients except for the rice.

Once the vegetables have been cooked fully, add the rice and remove the pot from the stove. Cover and let set for at least 5 minutes so the rice can cook.
