Sweet Goodness by Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming – A #GlutenFree cookbook from Penguin Random House Canada

We love to bake and we also love books so we’re quite excited to introduce you to a deliciously tasty gluten-free cookbook from Penguin Random House Canada . This book is called Sweet Goodness by Patricia Green and Carolyn Hemming , best-selling authors of Quinoa 360.

This cookbook is full of delicious looking gluten-free recipes that require the multiple flours that people with Celiac use and will more than likely have on hand. It also has great information regarding cooking, dry baking ingredients and illustrations that look so good that you could eat the picture, lol. Seriously though, awesome looking pictures!

We actually enjoyed baking with the different flours thanks to this cookbook and can’t wait to bake some more sweet treats. We definitely think that it’s worth checking out. The recipes are simple and easy to follow. We bookmarked a few of our faves and are excited to get our “bake on”.

“What sets this book aside from the onslaught of gluten-free cookbooks on the market is it’s gorgeous, decadent photos that will make your stomach growl, as well as Carolyn and Patricia’s bright, positive, engaging and infectious writing style.”
