This tasty recipe is sure to be a crowd pleaser and it’s seriously simple!
This version was made for a renal diet with only 1 serving of chicken per week but can easily be doubled or even tripled depending on the amount of people being served.
What you’ll need:
1 boneless skinless chicken breast
1 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 cup of chips (any flavor)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion powder
1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
pepper to taste
Chop the chips and spices in an electric food chopper. Coat the chicken with the mayonnaise and roll it in the chip mixture. Bake for 35-45 minutes or until desired crispness.
*We’ve tried sour cream, sweet chili and original chips so far. You can also try this using your favorite crackers.
