Crispy No Bake peanut butter balls #HJrecipes

Today I had a craving for something sweet so I decided to make some Peanut Butter Balls ๐Ÿ™‚ Here is how it went:

First I got all the stuff that I needed to make them!!!!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of powdered sugar
  • 3/4 cup of peanut butter
  • 3/4 cup of rice crispies
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 2-3 cups of chocolate (melted)

Directions

  • Mix the first 4 ingredients together and let it set for 15-20 mins in the freezer so you are able to form the balls…
  • Once your PB balls are rolled set them back in the freezer for an extra 5-10 mins so they are easier to work with..
  • In the meantime take your chocolate and put it in a doubled pot with water underneath and the chocolate in the top one..

Melt the chocolate with a little butter and get it ready to roll the peanut butter balls in it.. Once it’s all melted and smooth, you are ready to dip your PB Balls…. Let cool in the fridge or freezer then store them in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer..
