Prana Reviews

I was recently introduced to an amazing Canadian company based in Quebec named Prana who produce nuts, dried fruits, seeds, sweet & savory snacks, trail mix, super-foods, cacao and coconut products, all of which are 100% (certified) organic and gluten free πŸ™‚

Prana has recently come out with a trail mix line that is absolutely delicious and healthy to boot! These trail mixes are loaded with dried fruit, seeds and nuts that are packed with antioxidants and essential vitamins and minerals that help with keeping healthy πŸ™‚ I love that Prana uses Algarve sea salt which is healthier than table salt, the most sodium was 120 mg (salty mix) which is great as I avoid salt as much as possible due to the kidney failure!
The combination of the lightly salted nuts with the sweet dried fruit and dark chocolate chips will have you eating the whole bag as I did with the Fuji/Premium salty mix πŸ™‚ They’ve also made Annapurna (almond-goji-cranberry), Manchu Pichu (fruit & nut mix) and Kilimanjaro (deluxe chocolate mix). I do have to say that you may come across stems from the smaller fruits (raisins/cranberries) as you do with most dried fruits, I find them in my chocolate covered raisins all the time, Just saying πŸ™‚

I also really like thatΒ the creators of Prana had our planet in mind when they founded the company, with the condition of the earth and the atmosphere today it’s nice to have people like them that care about our children’s future planet as well as ours πŸ™‚ They also keep their consumers needs and conditions 100% when making changes to their products and when creating new products which is something else that makes me feel good about this company!

As an added bonus they’ve supplied a 15% discount code for online purchases (1kg bags) available until Nov 30th 2013 πŸ™‚ Code: FCC1513 (1 time use)
